We carry quality virgin hair & raw virgin hair. The hair comes in natural colors or can be customized to your desired color of choice. We are dedicated to delivering an easy but accurate online ordering experience while ordering your hair products.

FAQS

How many bundles will I need for a wig?

- You can do 2 bundles if you're using from lengths 10" - 18" if you don't necessarily like full hair but I always recommend 3 bundles if you go any longer.

Is there an elastic band inside?

-Yes

Are handmade wigs glueless?

- Yes

Do you customize the wigs if we ask?

- Yes

Please note that all sales are final!. Also, please note that we are not responsible for any extensions or wigs not being properly cared for once in your possession. Any incorrect orders have 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to be returned in its Original condition. Terms of payment are 100% upfront , we accept all major credit/debit cards.

Shipping Policy

Hair units by Jackie requires 7-10 business day for processing time & completion. up to 2-3 days to receive your order through USPS. Tracking numbers go out on Mondays & Thursdays. WITH COVID 19 DELAYS WITH SHIPMENTS FROM VENDORS PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 14-21 BUSINESS DAYS FROM PROCESSING DATE .

Return Policy

Due to sanitary reasons & hair & wigs are final sale . In cases where your order is wrong, we will be happy to accept the order back to correct it for you. Hair must not be altered with when returning or we will have to decline.
